The flame retardant cotton fabric developed by our company can be used as a lining for wrapping mattresses, sofas and seats, and the final product has the ability to stop the spread of open fire. Flame retardant fabric is non-toxic, harmless and environmentally friendly, does not need to be post-treated, and can maintain fire performance for a long time. It is made of cotton fibre woven by flame retardant chemical fibre covering, and the finished product has the function of elastic contraction, which can be wrapped arbitrarily within a certain range, and has wide adaptability to sponge mattresses and other products. The biggest advantage is that it can prevent the spread of open flame combustion, does not produce molten droplets, to protect personal safety, mattresses or mattress sets in the use of this product can pass the U.S. CFR-1633 and the British Standard BS-5852 fire test.
Product characteristics
Made of natural cotton fiber and flame-retardant fibers, it has a soft touch, excellent elasticity, good moisture absorption and breathability, and will not drip or melt when exposed to fire. It also has a permanent self-extinguishing effect.
When burning, a dense carbonized layer is formed, with low contents of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, and only a small amount of non-toxic smoke is produced.
